利用SEM拉伸台,研究了Ti-33Al-3Cr-0.5Mo合金的室温拉伸断裂动态过程。试验结果表明,具有全层片状显微组织的TiAl合金室温断裂韧性较高,归因于合金拉伸过程中裂纹尖端发生分叉致使应力松弛而使裂纹钝化;在变形过程中,主裂纹尖端附近的微裂纹之间形成剪切韧带,剪切韧带韧化是TiAl合金的一种韧化机理。 相似文献

利用机械合金化制备Nd60Fe20Al10Co10非晶粉末,采用X射线衍射(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)研究Nd60Fe20Al10Co10非晶的形成过程、磁性能变化及其与成分结构的关系。结果表明,90min后Al原子溶入Nd原子形成固溶体。球磨2h后出现少量非晶,20h后Co单质和Nd单质消失.组织为非晶相(含少量的α-Fe)。球磨100h最终得到非晶 少量的α-Fe纳米晶。球磨过程中,矫顽力随着合金中非晶的量增加而升高.球磨20h矫顽力达到43kA/m。Nd60Fe20Al10Co10合金具有硬磁性是由于非晶相的存在而造成的。 相似文献

In an extensive study the role of the alloying elements in commercial alloys for corrosion resistance was studied in air without and with 0.1 and 2 vol.% Cl2, respectively. In the first part of this paper [1] the thermodynamic fundamentals were discussed on the basis of the new concept of the quasi‐stability diagrams. The second part which is presented here reports the results from investigations at 650, 800 and 1000°C and testing times up to 1000 hrs where 14 commercial alloys were tested with regard to their corrosion behavior. The materials were selected so that the role of the alloying elements Mo, C, Si, Al, N, Fe, Ni and Cr would be evident from the results. The exposure tests were followed by extensive microstructural analyses of the corrosion scales and the metal subsurface zones so that type, mechanism and extent of corrosion could be characterized in great detail. At the end a ranking was possible of the different materials and with regard to the detrimental or beneficial role of the different alloying elements. The present results thus provide a much deeper insight into materials resistance in oxidizing‐chloridizing environments at high temperatures. 相似文献

Temperature dependence of cyclic creep behavior has been studied using a Cu bicrystal containing dispersed SiO2 particles and a [0 1 1] 20° twist boundary. Failure occurred at shorter times with increasing temperature and stress amplitude. The fracture-mode of the bicrystals changed sharply from transgranular to intergranular at a certain critical stress amplitude. The brittle intergranular fracture that occurred below the critical stress amplitude caused discontinuous life shortening. The observed fracture-mode change at the critical stress amplitude is discussed in relation to grain-boundary sliding and grain-boundary cracking. 相似文献

In this paper, a TiNi shape memory alloy fiber Ni matrix composite was fabricated by an electroplating method using TiNi alloy as the cathode and Ni as the anode. The constrained martensitic transformation behaviors of the TiNi alloy were studied by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and the results showed that two endothermic peaks appear on the DSC heating curves and the reverse transformation temperatures increase with increasing prestrain levels. Moreover, comparing to the free transformation, the temperature window of the constrained reverse transformation is widely expanded due to the influence of recovery stress. 相似文献

Recently, the development of shape memory alloy (SMA) actuators, in the forms of wire, thin film and stent have been found increasingly in the fields of materials science and smart structures and engineering. The increase in attraction for using these materials is due to their many unique materials, mechanical, thermal and thermal-mechanical properties, which in turn, evolve their subsequent shape memory, pseudo-elasticity and super-elasticity properties. In this paper, a common type of SMA actuator, Nitinol wires, were embedded into advanced composite structures to modulate the structural dynamic responses, in terms of natural frequency and damping ratio by using its shape memory and pseudo-elastic properties. A simple theoretical model is introduced to estimate the natural frequency of the structures before and after actuating the embedded SMA wires. The damping ratios of different SMA composite beams were measured through experimental approaches. The natural frequencies changed slightly at a temperature above the austenite finish temperature of composite beams with embedded non-prestrained SMA wires. However, the increase of the natural frequencies of the beams with embedded prestrained SMA wires were found in both the theoretical prediction and experimental measurements. The damping ratios of SMA composite beams increased with increasing the temperature of the embedded wires with and without being pre-strained. Compressive and local failures of the beams with high wire content are a possible explanation. 相似文献
